I believe for mothers with children who have food allergies, the Enjoy Life products have been a godsend! I have been worried that my daughter will miss out on certain foods that my husband and I enjoy. So I was happy when I saw that Enjoy Life made a Pancake + Waffle mix!

And, we recently ordered a Minnie Mouse waffle maker so my daughter is extra excited to have allergy-friendly Minnie Mouse waffles.

I think we will make it a Saturday thing to have these yummy Minnie Mouse waffles!
